Doll House

Carina just loves her doll house. She spends hours arranging the furniture, the people, and the animals into little scenes. Her imagination soars as she tells you what's happening in each room. Fun for everyone.

Tag Team

These bounders do alright sometimes. Here they work together to whip the bathroom mirrors into shape.

Um, Carina? Stop checking yourself out and pay attention to what you're doing!

Breakwater at Cabrillo

Scott working the kite.

We're pretty bummed this picture didn't turn out so great.
The kids were having a blast on the breakwater.
We'll save this photo for a future album cover.

The waves soaked 'em, but they didn't care. They were too busy
poking at the dead manta ray wedged in the boulders.

Cabrillo Beach

While in California, we stopped in at Cabrillo Beach. The kids had a good time running barefoot in the sand, flying a kite, and building sandcastles.

Carina and Claire were best of buds. I think they both felt like big sisters.

I love this action shot. Zach and Claire working feverishly to beat the next wave, while Carina comes a-running with a batch of fresh mortar.

Wesley Update

We took this picture of Wes last week.

Naw. Not really. But he used to be so cute, didn't he? I guess he's a different kind of cute now. And shaggy.

Wes is doin' pretty good. He's really enjoying scouts, just got his 2nd Class rank. He's the patrol leader and is really good at helping the younger boys in the patrol. He's getting good grades and is counting down the days 'til summer.

Scruffy the Arizona Cowboy

The Big 10

Maddie also wanted a new furry friend for her birthday. She had a fabulous time (so did Andrea) choosing an outfit and shoes for the little critter.

Uncluttered

I love my new shelves! Willie built these for our laundry room. Now I can actually use the countertop for folding instead of holding the kids containers. Aren't they awesome? He even made new name tags with each of the kids initials. I love my handyman!

The Washington Wilcox Family is coming to visit!

General Conference

We have enjoyed conference thus far. The kids have enjoyed the papers and stickers Grandma sent them. What powerful witnesses of the restored gospel have been bourne. How blessed we are!
