Carina's class went to the Getty. I got to be a chaperone and help out with a couple of the exhibits. It is so gorgeous up there! The view of the ocean(SAnta Monica and Malibu) is amazing. Carina is learning so much about the arts. Her school really focuses on the great painters and artists. They have done really cool art projects.
This was our third year going to Big Bear with cousins and Grandma and Grandpa. Again, we had tons of snow. I think the most we've had in three years. It snowed 14 inches one night and 12" two days later. Everone had a blast. This year we had Mike and Jen come too. We all loved being there. Sledding with cousins is the best!
Zach got to go to Outdoor Science Camp with his 5th grade class. They went to Big Bear for 4 days. They stayed in cabins, went hiking, learned about and held snakes and other reptiles, did archery, and many other activities. He had a great experience and learned so much.
